Home Frosting offers hundreds of furnishing and décor items. This includes: lighting, fixtures, finishes, hardware, accessories, art, indoor and outdoor furniture, soft goods like: area rugs, carpet tiles, linens, window treatments and more.
Home Frosting is retailer, and in some cases, we are an in-stock dealer of décor and furnishing items. We always strive to offer value in our products and excellent customer service.
When we are the retailer, our pricing is comparable to other retailers. We save you time, do the shopping and deal with the logistics and issues associated with the purchase. We do not order products on your behalf, without first telling you the price and receiving payment. It is not uncommon for national online brands and brick and mortar retailers to run specials and put items on sale. Their buying volume is much greater than ours is. We cannot match pricing or do we offer discounts after any items are ordered.
Approval items – home décor comes to you with Maxwell, our mobile design meister.
When Home Frosting works with home décor and design clients, we often will schedule Maxwell, our Mercedes sprinter to come to your location with art, accessories and furnishing options from our studio. We have found that clients like seeing items in their home or office. This helps facilitate the design process in your actual space. With a credit card number and approval form on file, items can be left at client’s location on approval for up to 7 days. Items you decide not to keep must returned to our studio in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. If pick up or shipping is required, delivery fees may be applicable.
Purchasing product and payment
Full payment for product and shipping are due full at time order is placed.
All regular priced, non-custom items from Home Frosting’s studio inventory.
Non-custom items from Home Frosting’s Tampa studio may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, plus any shipping or delivery costs.
All regular priced, non-custom items from outside suppliers.
Any item ordered on a client’s behalf, may be returned within 7 days with applicable restocking and return shipment fees. The product replacement policies, restocking and return shipping fees vary from supplier to supplier. Any damaged or defective items must be returned to Home Frosting in 15 days. Original packaging must accompany any returned order.
Purchased custom items from Home Frosting and or outside suppliers.
Custom orders are final sales and not refundable or exchangeable. This includes: window treatments, re purposed or refinished furniture, upholstered furniture, artisan items, florals and commissioned art
Purchasing items from staged homes
Home Frosting sells all of the items in our staged homes. Many products staged in homes by our home staging design team are brand new items, others are slightly used. If you are interested in buying something, please contact Lyndsey@homefrosting.com for pricing.
If you see something you like the style, the color, the function, we have hundreds of product suppliers and can source most items in a range of price offerings from high-value to designer couture.
Home Sprinkles, sales and clearance
To keep our staging inventory fresh, from time to time we sell items including great home furnishings and decor online through our sister division, Home Sprinkles. To be notified of our sales, sign up for our email notifications and check our social media channels often.
All items sold through Home Sprinkles are final sales. Sorry, there are no exchanges, no holding merchandise and no refunds.
