Wow, where has this year gone? Five more months and it’s a new year!
These past few months have been epic—and a whirlwind, too. We completed a large commercial transformation project, we’re wrapping up a beautiful home on Bayshore Boulevard, and we had an unbelievable July.
We were featured nationally on FOX & Friends and NewsNation, along with local stories on FOX DC, FOX Tampa, ABC Action News, and the Tampa Bay Times, sharing our American Prosperity Pillows and American-made gifts with people around the country.
And just as things calmed down after the Fourth of July, we lost the lease on our W. Azeele Street South Tampa shop—and we moved!
New location
While it was bittersweet to leave the Azeele bungalow, our new space at 3006 W. Swann Avenue is very exciting and has an even better retail storefront vibe.
My good friend Kit Stewart had her Kit’s Well-Dressed shop here for more than 30 years. The parking is great, and I have wonderful windows for displays.
We’ve named the store Pop-Up Style.
Starting in September, the concept will invite other complementary companies to show off their best stuff alongside my Home Frosting home décor and gifts. If you know someone who would be a great fit, please share my contact information.

New chapter
We’re still designing and decorating luxury homes, and we’re expanding our practice to include commercial projects, too.
We also plan to continue growing the American Prosperity Pillow collection even after the America 250 celebration winds down.
New puppy
Many of you know I’m a serious dog mom. Lincoln, our precious Shichon, now has a baby sister named Maddi—after Dolley Madison! Maddi is a toy Cavapoo.
It’s been a wild ride training a puppy while explaining to Lincoln that he is still the king. I’m grateful that my husband, Eric, is a great dog dad, too, because he helps a lot!
