Karen Post

Get to know the team.

Karen Post is President and chief designer of Home Frosting. Since forming the company she’s earned a solid reputation as a creative, “can do” designer who transforms spaces into delicious home and office experiences.

A good listener, with a forever curious mind, and explorers of all possibilities, Karen finds the right balance and mix of color, form, function, story and emotion in her design projects. Her business acumen, leadership and world adventures add to the value she provides clients.

A master problem solver, Karen starts everything she touches, with a simple question, “what is the end goal?”. This way of thinking keeps projects on schedule, on budget and everyone focused the desired results.

A sought-after talent and tastemaker, Karen is an HGTV designer, a regular home décor expert on Daytime, a nationally syndicated TV show, and a broadcast and content contributor to National Association of Realtors.

Her inspiration comes from getting to know her clients and their unique needs. She’s stays abreast of the latest trends, technologies and resources by attending top furniture markets and being connected to the world.

Karen’s career started in Texas where she studied fashion and worked with top luxury brands as a visual merchandiser. Later, she became an international branding expert, addressing audiences around the globe on visual perception, presentation. She is also twice-published business author of Brain Tattoos and Brand Turnaround.

Lyndsey Fisher

Lyndsey Fisher – Leadership Associate, Partner
Lyndsey joined Home Frosting in 2017 as the company’s first Associate in our LEAD (leadership, entrepreneur and achievement development) program. After completion of the year-long program, Lyndsey is currently a shareholder managing team projects and serving on our leadership board.

Involved with all aspects of the organization from interior design, customer service, marketing and operations, Lyndsey leads and manages the design and expert resource teams at Home Frosting.

Always close to the cutting edge of interior design and style trends Lyndsey hails from North Carolina, home of the High Point Furniture Market, one of the largest design and furniture centers in the world.

She started her career working for a consumer trend spotting company in New York City. Later she worked in High Point, North Carolina where she was part of a product development team for a national textile brand. Before planting her roots in Tampa, she worked at a leading women’s apparel showroom in Atlanta, Georgia.

Lyndsey earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in visual merchandising and consumer studies. She loves bringing her global insight to design, fashion, and textiles to every project she contributes to and the company undertakes.

Cathy Jury, Human Resources and Accounting Director
Cathy works from North Texas and manages all accounting and HR for Home Frosting with the company of some horses, cows and chickens. With over 20 years of office experience working with small to mid size businesses, Cathy never has a boring day. She oversees setting up new trade accounts, billing matters, new team member on-boarding, payroll, benefits, contract relationships and everything pre CPA.

Design associate- Suzanne Kent

Suzanne Kent – Associate
Suzanne brings design, marketing and customer service to the Home frosting team.

Having traveled the world, her eye for story and style contribute to every home staging and design projects she is involved in.

Prior to joining the team, Suzanne spent the last decade with a top customer-centric brand providing solutions in marketing, merchandising and logistics. Her organizational, project management and visual selling skills ensure smooth experiences and results for Home Frosting’s clients. An eternal home improving guru, Suzanne has planned, designed and remodeled many single spaces to entire homes, always mindful of budgets and project goals.

Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, traditional southern roots remain an influence on Suzanne’s design. Suzanne’s happiest moments are spent with her family and friends preferably on the dock, the boat or the beach.

Candace Lingerfelt -Associate
Candace has never met a challenge too big to solve. Contributing to the Home Frosting team in all departments, from home staging to marketing and project logistics, she adds a can-do energy and business organization mindset to the client experience.

Completing her Business Management degree at the University of South Florida, Candace brings a wealth of skills from technology solutions, best practices from top companies around the globe and a focus on stellar customer service.

This summer, Candace traveled abroad to Europe on a work study program. There she interfaced with businesses owners, community leaders and government officials. Along with the business insight, the journey exposed her to diverse cultures and historic and modern design and architecture.

In her free time, Candace loves the outdoors, spending time with her four-legged friends, doing community service and being involved with with her Business Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi.

Eric Dorety, Logistics manager

Eric Dorety – Logistics manager
After working with top national furniture brands for over twenty years, Eric manages Home Frosting’s design studio facility, fleet of trucks, project logistics and all craftsman services.

A master problem solver and skilled home improvement expert, Eric’s always calm demeanor and extensive home furnishing experience is great asset to our customer experience team.

Whether working with the Home Frosting in-house professionals or outside specialist partners, he ensures all project details are delivered on time, run smoothly and are accident free.

Lincoln Vogt
Lincoln is an important member of the Home Frosting team. He too loves luxury items and fine food. When he’s not chasing squirrels or napping, he is working hard on earning his masters in good behavior. No matter what, he can always be counted on to remind the team that life and work should always be fun.
