To assist clients with lighting ideas and possibilities, we offer a lighting-focused consultation package.
The cost for this consultation package starts at $1250 for homes/spaces under 3,000 sq ft. For every additional 1,000 sq ft that needs addressing, a $250 scope increase will be added per space.
Our initial design consultation MUST be completed prior to the lighting-focused consultation.
If you want Home Frosting to manage any lighting installation project, we are happy to provide this service to save you time. The service cost is 15% of the labor & materials estimate. Lighting fixtures purchased through Home Frosting are sold at our retail pricing.
What to expect from the lighting-focused consultation package:
- In-person meeting with Home Frosting designer at your project to discuss areas, lighting goals, challenges, and other surrounding elements
- Presentation of high-level design style/looks (not exact fixtures)
- After the lighting budget is established, Home Frosting will walk the home with the electrical team and then present up to 2 fixture options per space. Added selections bill at $250 per fixture.
Follow these simple steps to book a lighting consultation:
- Start with a “Discovery Call“ with us (this MUST be done prior to any Home Frosting services).
- Following the call, we’ll schedule your initial design consultation, which provides us with the big picture. We’ll meet with you to gather insight on your home, style, goals, and challenges, and then provide a report on the possibilities and improvements.
- Select the spaces that need addressing & gather a few inspirational images to share with the designer.
- Contact Home Frosting to purchase & schedule a lighting consultation.
