duPont Registry interviewIt all started with Maxwell, one of our company Mercedes trucks. We name our fleet, as it helps identify them, plus each one is an important part of our success.

For a couple of months the Home Frosting team had the pleasure of working on a beautiful home in Belleair. The home had been on the market in the past, but the sellers did not receive any quality offers.

The home is situated on the waterfront with an amazing view. It had a great floor plan and was well maintained. The challenge was it was competing with homes that had been updated and reflected lighter, more relaxed design trends. Home Frosting went to work. We painted, updated light fixtures, edited down everything and staged with transitional furnishings.

Back to Maxwell. Our jet-black sprinter sports a large Home Frosting logo on both sides. It’s kind of hard to miss him. While we were working away transforming this grand home, Maxwell was looking good in the driveway and caught the attention of the duPont Registr publisher.

Shortly after we began working our magic, I got a call from David, the duPont Registry editor. He asked whether I’d be open to an interview to share how home staging works, show some before and after shots, and also provide some tips to his reader base of luxury homeowners.

Thank you, David, Molly, and duPont Registry! Home Frosting is honored to be featured in the magazine. Loads of gratitude to Martha Thorn and the Thorn Collection for referring Home Frosting to the sellers, Maria and George, who allowed the project and the article to happen.
