Our Instagram was hacked!

A few months ago, our Instagram was hacked. Some evil soul got access to our account and started direct messaging our followers. Holy Cupcake!
Immediately, we reached out to Instagram and asked for help.
Unfortunately though, there are no humans there that we can speak or email with directly…just an online form that requested us to prove we are the real owners of the account. We obliged, but instead of finding the offender, our account was shut down, and we lost the years of content and 7,000 followers.
