Outdoor areas for relaxing and entertaining have become top priorities for our design and home staging clients. Boho blush brings together wicker furnishings with a bohemian twist! Here we layered sisal rugs with colored Indian runners and added outdoor weather-ready pillows & throws, live plants, and tabletop accessories. All home decor and furnishing items are available at Home Frosting and HomeFrosting.com.
And for our last outdoor decor look featured below, here’s the perfect poolside party. We combined a bright blue & lemon-yellow color story using a striped navy runner, fresh Rosemary herb tabletop accents, organic wood and rope picnic-style furnishings with coordinating linens, outdoor servingware, and a large centerpiece made with fresh and faux lemons.
3 important outdoor decor and furnishing tips:
- Keep recycled water from sprinkler systems away from your furniture. The chemicals can cause serious damage to any metal-based pieces.
- Extend the life of your outdoor cushions by bringing them in during bad weather and removing from direct sunlight. If the fabric is not UV treated, the color may change quickly.
- Be sure to secure all of your beautiful outdoor décor items with proper weights so they stay on your tabletop instead of in your neighbor’s yard!
