Karen Post is president and chief creative of Home Frosting. Since forming the company she’s earned a solid reputation as a creative, “can do” designer who transforms spaces into delicious home and office experiences.
A good listener, with a forever curious mind, and explorers of all possibilities, Karen finds the right balance and mix of color, form, function, story and emotion in her design projects. Her business acumen, leadership and world adventures add to the value she provides clients.

Karen’s career started in Texas where she studied fashion and worked with top luxury brands as a visual merchandiser early in her career. Karen Post has been developing breakthrough brands that produce big results. Her life and business journey has included ups and downs, victories and defeats all adding to her success and unique experience-rich perspective.
She’s unorthodox, optimistic, intense, spontaneous, and full of wit.
Karen makes people confront comfort zones. She challenges conventional thinking and opens minds to new possibilities. “Can’t be done” is not in her vocabulary. She gets excited about what does not work and lives by the mantra “No risk. No nothing.”
A businesswoman since the age of 22, she has built many successful companies, including: an advertising and PR agency, a litigation communication company and in 2016 an interior design and staging firm. She has also created a few companies she’d like to forget.
She has addressed audiences in over 14 countries. In 2011 she was invited to the Saudi Arabian Airlines national marketing conference, being the first female American presenter ever.
Her work has benefited diverse industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies including: ACNielsen, Choice International, Chevron, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Xerox, Pepsi, and Procter & Gamble along with many emerging businesses, trade associations, professional athletes, entertainers, and even politicians.
