Curb appeal counts.
Before – We updated this beautiful waterfront home’s exterior paint color to an on-trend gray appealing to a larger buyer base. What a difference this made.
After –Cool gray paint significantly refreshed this property’s look along with updating the landscaping and pressure watching the roof.
Before- This dining room was a bit dark, cold and didn’t leverage the unique lighting fixture.
After – The home staging team warmed up the space by painting the room one color, a cool gray and adding a monochromatic area rug. We made the room feel larger by eliminating some bulky furniture and introduced an artist’s original artwork that complimented the lighting fixture.
